Refund for Product Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged product due to manufacturing or transportation issues, please contact us within 60 natural days from the receipt of the product. Each case will be assessed individually, and if a quality issue is determined, we will offer a refund or replacement of the product. Pledge Cancellation
Once the crowdfunding campaign has ended and the goal has been reached, you have a period of up to 2 months to cancel your contribution. If you decide to cancel your pledge within this period, we will refund 75% of the total amount of your contribution, compensating for the expenses incurred through crowdfunding and banking platforms in the process. However, after the 2-month period, we will consider that your contribution has already been allocated to the project's development, and no cancellations or refunds will be possible.
